CLUBHOUSE RENTAL RATES:
$500 – Refundable Deposit
$275 – Base Fee includes Main Hall & Kitchen
$65* – Add Conference Room
$40* – Add Pool Table Room
$20* – Additional Table Rental
* In addition to Base Rental Fee
To inquire about a reservation, call (281) 893-4820. Approval of a specific date is dependent upon availability. Deposit and all rental fees are due upon calendaring an event. Resident applicant must remain on the premises during the entirety of the event.
